The www.HalcyonMeadows.ca website gets Google and Yahoo keyword searchs on “homes for sale in Chilliwack etc.” every day. With greater visibility on the Internet you will increase the chance of making a quicker sale.

For a small fee of $40.00 you can advertise your home “For Sale” on this website. Who pays? That depends on the owner. The owner can choose to pay or have the realtor pay.
Your listing will include:
- A summary with photo of your listing on the main page of the website. This is the first page of the website and will be seen by everyone worldwide that visits the website.
- A special featured listing page of just your house. This individual listing includes a large photo and discriptive information and a link to your realtor’s MLS webpage.
- A listing in the the “Units For Sale” page.
- A link to your Realtor’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) webpage. This page will have additional information about your home. Potential buyers will use this page to contact your realtor.
- The listing is search engine optimized (SEO) so your listing could be viewed by anyone doing a Google or Yahoo keyword search. The Mulitple Listing Service (MLS) website is not Google or Yahoo search engine friendly so your house could only be viewed when someone was actually on the multiple listing service (MLS) website.

So, how do you list your home?
If your Home is For Sale through a Realtor:
Send an email to me at rob@halcyonmeadows.ca and say you want to list your home on the website and include your unit number. Let me know if you or your realtor will be paying the $40.00 listing fee. Some sellers have negotiated with the realtor to pay the fee. That’s all you need to do! I get all the information I need about your house from the realtor’s Multiple Listing Service page.
If your Home is For Sale by Owner:
Send an email to me at rob@halcyonmeadows.ca and say you want to list your home on the website. In the email include your unit number, the price, some photos, and information about your home. Check some MLS descriptions of other houses for sale in Halcyon to get an idea of the info.
